Annual Registration Requirements


Annual registration is required of all Pack 689 scouts, returning and new.

2017-2018 program year registration will be at our Parent Orientation Tuesday August 22, 2017
7 pm Room C-1 Tassajara Hills Elementary School. 

Registration requires submittal of the following three items for returning Scouts:

1) $175.00 annual dues check payable to "Cub Scout Pack 689" (list the scout's first & last name on the check's memo line)
2) Medical Form (If no information has changed, please resign the medical form copy in the Pack binder)
4) Class B T-shirt size
5) Volunteer selections

Registration for NEW Scouts:

1) $175 annual dues check payable to "Cub Scout Pack 689"
2) Completed Youth & Adult Applications
3) Completed Medical Form
4) Class B T-shirt size
5) Volunteer selections
6) Parent Youth Protection Certificate

While all forms will be available at the Pack meeting, because of their detailed questions, parents are strongly suggested to download the subject forms (attached below) fill them out at home, and bring them completed to the August 22 Registration night.
